We loved this charming accommodation! It was halfway between the old town and the beaches so we could walk everywhere. The breakfast every morning was so delicious and a beautiful spread. Victoria at the front desk was always so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back :)

Lovely hotel with antique furnishings, comfy lounge and bar in reception area, helpful staff. If you don’t mind climbing a spiral staircase to reach the top floor, you can have a spacious room with private balcony there. Breakfast buffet was great and cooked by dedicated staff onsite.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very warm and helpful, the hotel was well situated between some stunning beaches and also easy walk into the old part of the city. Also, the breakfast was a real standout. Great meat and vegetarian options , they changed things each day , and most importantly, it was delicious. Disappointing
Room was nice and we enjoyed the brunch in the mornings. The front desk staff was less than helpful and extremely rude overall. I was here with my wife, and the staff talked down to us until they realized we were staying in a premium room. In addition, they insisted on writing out my credit card info on a piece of paper that they keep at the front desk in case of any charges at the hotel bar. This is an extremely insecure process as anyone in the hotel could find this information in their open boxes on the wall. We stayed here in part because of the pools, but the water was so cold we couldn’t get in.

Vitória at reception was amazing!! She was helpful when we encountered a booking issue that was totally our fault - she recommended and booked us a short tour. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast excellent. Location to the old town was a nice short walk. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

The room was very nice, but was located at the front of the hotel - something I’d not recommend because of the noisy garbage pickup early in the morning. I would return to the hotel but choose a different room.
