Hello, I’d like to request a refund. Firstly, the hotel was not located at the pinned location. Secondly, they informed me that they are not accepting online bookings and advised me to contact you for a refund, as they only take in-person bookings. At 9 pm in an unfamiliar city, we were left searching for accommodation and ended up paying double the amount. Please look into this matter and take the necessary action.
