트윈객실의 난방이 준비되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 받아 네시간 가량 난방을 하였음에도 침구류가 한기가 가득하여 도저히 취침이 불가능하여 퀸베드로 다운그레드하였음.
그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 사과나 다운그레이한 방과의 차이액에 대한 보상은 없었음.

도심 호텔에서 느낄수 없는 아기자기함.
즉흥적으로 가서 큰 기대 안했던 숙소 였는데 룸 깨끗하였고 ott를 다양하게 편하게 이용할수 있었음. 그리고 5층을 호텔 이름 처럼 다락같이 꾸며 놓으셔서 4.5성 호텔에서 느낄수 없는 아기자기한 재미가 있었음. 조식을 해먹을수 있게 과일,토스트,시리얼, 커피 등등 비치해두셨는데 양심없는 사람들이 몰래 다 가져가서 적자 나실까봐 걱정되었음. 사장님이 정말 친절하셔서 더 마음이 감. 남편과 즉흥적으로 자주 자주 가자고 얘기함.
