Nice clean room, good size and nice bathroom.
Only downside was no hairdryer or tea/ coffee, but there was a kettle provided.
Managed to check in early which was nice.

Clean basic room centrally located to main square, staff a little underwhelming and although there was a kettle no teabags or any little extras offered, no iron in room also. However the room and given it’s location was good value for money.

Clean room, comfy double bed but clearly 2 singles together as there was a drop from one side to the other.

Luggage room was a collection of bags in reception with post-it notes on- didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything there
Didn’t receive daily clean/ towel replacement. Only 2 small towels provided, no hand towels or bath mats

Newly renovated, modern room. Comfortable bed and I slept well. Quiet area, 10 min walk from main square. Breakfast looked amazing but this is 55 złoty extra. The shower pressure wasn't great but it's an old building, so understandable. Good balue for money. I would stay again.

Hotel looks exactly like the pictures and if a perfect base everything was 3-10 min walk away in the Old Town. We had 2 rooms an one was a lot larger than the other but the decor great in both in general but some bits like towels and kettles could also so with updating.
We didn't pay the extra for breakfast so can't comment but the room came with a kettle but no tea/coffee/milk. Most places have sachets of all in the room if a kettle so was a bit disappointing but did go through. Supermarket and get bits and wouldn't of thought of it if there wasn't a kettle there.
We found the rooms very warm and had the windows open all the time (day and night 24rs) due to the heat and it was December but not sure if that's personal or if it was exceptionally warm.
Check in and luggage storage was very quick and no issues to report but didn't really speak to any staff to comment.
Overall great for the location which is the most important on a short trip.

Near the centre,easy to walk to square,shops, bars, restaurants.
It was a big room, clean but the bed mattress and pillows were not comfortable, I did not sleep comfortable, when you lying in bed the mattress was sinked me in and made me have a bad back.
I stayed in dubble room , it was good price and parking available near by 5 mins walk with cost around €10 ( with hotel discount) and € 30 deposit for key card for the car park.

Please avoid this hotel
There is tram line which makes noises every 1 min; no hot water; TV does not work. Reception staff in 01/07/2025 in the evening just busy playing with her mobile phone and not pleasant at all. Next in the morning there is a good man.

The room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful and nice when we chatted to them! The hotel is in a great location, it’s very good for the price however, it is quite loud near the main road and the air con didn’t work so the room was very stuffy! But for the price it’s a fantastic location, it’s basic but would recommend staying if you’re not looking for anything too fancy!

We arrived early hours of the morning due to flight times, staff members are on reception 24hrs so we were able to check in no problem. We were on floor 3, the room was very clean the only thing I could fault was only 1 pillow each and although there was a kettle and mugs there was only one sachet of back tea, no milk no sugar and the more importantly no coffee. This wasn’t a massive problem we just got ready and went to straight to a local cafe. We didn’t pay for breakfast but looked a decent selection. Noise level on the floor was minimal as well but the trams on the side we were facing were noticeable at reasonable times of day but it wasn’t a problem we were only there the sleep and freshen up. I would return and recommend to others.

Perfektes Hotel im Zentrum mit Parkplatz
Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben daher nur einmal übernachtet. Das Zimmer hatte einen äußerst günstigen Preis, war dafür aber perfekt, geräumig, frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schallisolierenden Fenstern und einwandfrei sauber.
