최고의 객실 신설이라 깨끗하고 무엇보다 식사가 맛있습니다. 다만 직원들 친절도가 최상급은 아닙니다. 수영장청소도 자주합니다. 리셉션 데스크는 전화를 잘받지 않고 길에서 만나도 잘 인사하지 않음. 전세계 휴양지 정상급 리조트는 길어서 만나면ㅈ서로 기분좋게 인사함. 그리고 수영장 식사서비스는 관리가 안됩니다. 슈퍼는 30분씩 시도때도없이 휴식 하고 카운터 직원은 딴짓하느냐고 손님 계산대에 서있어도 대응 안해요 쓰다보니 직원교육이 필요해보이네요 그 외 에는 나트랑 정상급 리조트입니다.

우선, 체크아웃 시간(12시) 체크인 시간(2시)에 로비는 인파로 붐벼 리셉션 대화가 쉽지 않다고 보시면 됩니다. 빌라동 묵었는데 매번 버기 이용해서 왔다갔다 해야하는 번거로움이 조금 있고, 제일 아쉬웠던건 조식/석식입니다. 한국 입맛과는 잘 맞지 않는듯 하고, 특히 음료는 주스도 물탄듯 한 맛, 아이스커피도 물탄듯 한 맛입니다. 숙소 비용 대비 너무 아쉬웠어요. 공간 전체가 에어컨 온도관리도 안되어서 너무 지쳤습니다.

직원분들은 매우 친절합니다. 그러니 객실의 청결 상태가 좋지 않습니다. 먼지와 모래가 그대로 있네요. 이틀을 묵었는데, 식사가 맛있지는 않습니다. 메뉴가 바뀌지 않네요. 수영장이나 다른 시설은 깔끔하고 좋습니다.
