This is an excellent 4* hotel. But don’t be surprised : at check out they make you wait until they verify the state of the room. Never seen that before. The staff is super polite. The room I had was on the street side but after 20:00 I heard no noise what so ever… the hotel is near all you want to see and do in Orizaba. Many good options for restaurants.

This is an exceptional hotel. The staff and amenities are excellent. It's barn to most of the hotels here. This is not a boutique hotel and it's a little pricier than normal. However, it's not as pricey as some of the luxury tourist hotels. This is a very friendly staffed hotel, and I will be back very soon.

Thé management /ownership needs advicing. My expérience without giving détails is that, this hotel is understaffed. You cannot have a restaurant and hotel of some reputation without enough workers.
