We were looking for a getaway from the our daily lives and man we found the perfect spot! Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Jessica, the property manager, was incredible, very kind, welcoming, and always available. The housekeeping team was just as amazing, keeping everything spotless and making us feel right at home. Breakfast every morning was a perfect touch, and the same thoughtful service carried over to their restaurant too. The cottage was peaceful, beautifully kept, and the whole experience felt effortless. I’ll absolutely recommend it and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

This was without question one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in...and we have stayed at some top rated hotels around the world. Our villa/cottage was breathtakingly gorgeous and beautifully laid out. The views! The private patio hot tub! It was spacious and well equipped with all inclusive snacks and beverages from Duryea's amazing gourmet food shop. Jessica the cottage manager was incredibly efficient and kind. We loved her! She got us reservations at Duryea's restaurant (which is awesome) where we were treated like VIP's and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The whole experience was flawless...and so is the hotel. Can't recommend it highly enough.
