Nous avons été accueilli par le directeur, et tout de suite le lien se crée. Le sommelier nous a fait visiter la cave de l'hôtel, et découvrir l'histoire de ce lieu et de Gevrey Chambertin. Plutot bien placé, la visite de Gevrey peut se faire à pieds depuis l'hôtel.
