Very nice stay with everything you would need. Breakfast was fresh assortment of fruit, muffins, toast, oatmeal and coffee. Very accommodating and treated us like family. We were traveling from the USA and Fiona and Trevor were very helpful with recommendations and let us use an adapter to charge our devices.

Very welcoming. Felt like staying at a friend or family members home. Very polite and respectful staff. Close walk to village for any supplies needed, and plenty of restaurant choices. Love the out door veranda and comfortable lounge deck chair. Plenty of space so not to feel on top of each other. Comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated. I will stay again when I’m in Ashgrove.

The property was outstanding and well maintained. The facilities were in tip top condition and very clean. The breakfast was very nice and the homemade muffins were exceptional. The property is conveniently located to the bus service and Ashgrove shopping precinct. The hosts made us feel very welcome and comfortable. If visiting Brisbane again, we would have no hesitation in staying at Grove Manor again.

Absolutely delightful stay! Was such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home for the evening and only wish we could have stayed longer. This is a lovely stay, beautiful house with lovely hosts. Very clean, cosy, home from home. Comfortable bed. Lovely veranda to sit on for a peaceful rest. There’s a bus stop a few minutes walk away and the number 61 bus comes every 10 minutes will take you to all the main areas in the city for leisure. We enjoyed our stay and it was lovely to meet the owners Fiona and Trevor

Delightful hosts who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Comfy beds in very adequate space. Breakfast was an amazing range of tasty delights. The property is located close to main arterial roads which is great for access but can be a bit noisy. Off street parking is close to the accomodation. The bedrooms are upstairs, up a grand staircase.
