Very nice hotel with a great, friendly, and helpful staff. It’s a pity that the facilities aren’t as well maintained. For example, there aren't enough pool towels, and you sometimes have to wait for them to come out of the laundry. At the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers for everyone, or perhaps there are, but many non-hotel guests come and use them, and none of the hotel staff ask them to leave. The breakfast offers a rich and wide selection, but unfortunately, it wasn't very tasty... such a shame. Overall, it's a nice hotel, and despite everything, we enjoyed our stay

Overall good experience. Room missing a kettle, toilet roll and was missed one day for a room clean. Breakfast buffet could be better. Same everyday. Juice and coffee were poor quality. You are not allowed to take any drinks or snacks to the pool area, they make you sign at check-in or risk being fined.

tyvärr så är personalen i rooftop restaurangen/pool restaurangen väldigt dåliga. När vi åt middag där en kväll så fick man be serveringspersonalen om att få beställa då ingen kom fram och tog beställningen, och sedan fick man gå fram till bardisken där all personal stod i en grupp och pratade eller tittade på sin telefon och be om att få beställa mer och likaså med notan för att få betala. Det upplevs som att personalen där är ”säsong-jobbare” då dem är väldigt unga och saknar erfarenhet av ett serviceyrke. Vid flertalet tillfällen(minst 3) så togs det en dryckesbeställning eller matbeställning vid poolen som glömdes bort och inte uppmärksammades trots att man gick till baren och berättade att dem hade glömt beställningen. Det tog därför 2h15min att få maten. Och den hamburgaren som tog 2h att servera gav mig en matförgiftning så jag var på toaletten i 24h tyvärr. Min sambo åt sushi och fick ingen matförgiftning av den iallafall. Och varje dag klockan 13:00 vid poolen höjdes musiken och upplevdes som störande istället för avslappnande, personalen gillade party? Och varje eftermiddag var handdukarna slut så man fick ligga på läderstolar utan handduk. Gym var inte färdigbyggt, relax jacuzzi fanns inte än, Jättefint hotell och bra rum, frukostpersonalen och receptionen var jätteduktiga och snälla och hjälpsamma. Men helhetsbilden är närmare 3 stjärnor än 5 stjärnor som dem utger sig för att ha. För dyrt pris för vad man fick där.

Fantastiskt hotell! Superrent, snyggt och med ett fantastiskt läge. Hotellet är verkligen fint och välskött, och vi trivdes jättebra under vår vistelse. Jag vill också särskilt lyfta fram den fantastiska personalen. Ett stort tack till receptionisterna Sara och Kejsi, som var så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Även Argita, som jobbade i baren vid poolen, förtjänar ett stort beröm för sitt fina bemötande och sin service. Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Meerblick und Halbpension gebucht. Das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren großartig! Die Terrasse ist riesengroß, Blick sogar von der Dusche aufs Meer. Im Bad gab es einige Kalkflecken, ich bin normalerweise nicht pingelig, wir hatten in Albanien aber viel Unterkünfte mit kleinerem Standard, die das deutlich besser im Griff hatten. Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen: Essen kalt, lieblos, nicht viel Auswahl. Da lohnt sich eine traditionelle Taverne, die es auch fußläufig zu erreichen gibt, aus unserer Sicht mehr. Frühstück war besser und in Ordnung. Service können wir nicht bemängeln. Was auch uns bei der Buchung irritiert hat, war der Beachclub vorm Hotel, der aber nicht zum Hotel gehört. Der eigene Strandabschnitt ist 150 Meter entfernt und nichts besonderes. Wenigstens gab es kostenfreie Liegen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist großzügig, aber es fehlt etwas am Ambiente. Wir haben für das Hotel verhältnismäßig viel Geld bezahlt und würden nächstes mal ein anderes wählen.

Nids d’insectes au plafond du balcon, pas de spa, pas de piscine, plage privée est un bien grand mot pour le morceau de bitume servant de plage… petit déjeuner fade et extrêmement limité. Cerise sur le gâteau : vous aurez le droit à 4 petites bouteilles d’eau par jour dans votre chambres mais seulement 2 sont gratuites, et bien sûr, on oublie de vous le dire, surprise lors du Check out !
