I loved the staff, they were very helpful and professional. A very special thank you to Alaaddine who was very polite and knowledgeable. I had a problem and he dealt with it in a very professional and efficient way.

Jun 26, 2026The hotel is located in a good area, very close to the Pyramids' old entrance and just 8 min away on car from the GEM (Uber charge us only US$12 from the hotel to get to the GEM). It has a beautiful top roof with ann an incredible sight view of the pyramids. Sunrise and Sunset looking at the pyramids of Giza is totally worthy in this hotel. Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, mostly gabry , the receptionist!
What a nice and servicial guy! The helped us to booked the most trips in Cairo and Alexandria!

May 29, 2026I have nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel, Ali, and the entire staff. Even before I arrived, Ali was incredibly helpful with setting up tours during my stay in Giza and gave me great recommendations for food and
things to do.
The breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary water bottles and overall service were truly appreciated. Samy and the rest of the team were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I never had to
worry about a thing.
Not only is the location fantastic, but the view is absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone
visiting Giza, and I hope to be back again!

You truly get what you pay for at this hotel. The room we were given had been recently renovated, but it was obvious the work wasn’t finished. The small details were missing: the mirrors and windows were dirty, there was no top sheet on the bed, and they didn’t provide sheets for the child’s bed. The bathroom had used soap bottles and overall felt unsanitary.
The location is only a couple of blocks from the pyramids, and you can barely see them from the window. The surrounding area is extremely chaotic—dirty, loud, lots of donkeys, lots of trash. Despite that, we actually felt very safe the entire time.
If you’re looking for a very low‑cost stay that is semi‑clean and safe, this place might work. The staff were genuinely very kind and helpful, which was the best part of the experience.

Apr 17, 2026From my initial reservation, the hotel was very fast to respond to my inquiries. The operations manager, Zain, the morning staff (Alaaudeen), and the evening staff were very accommodating and professional.
Traveling to Egypt for the first time with a family of 6, they helped me plan my daily activities and made recommendations for places to eat and other things to do. The rooms were very clean, and a mini-refrigerator, A/C, and flat-screen TV were available. The view of the pyramids was the highlight. On the rooftop, you can sit and have breakfast, or in the evening, have drinks and relax while taking in the panoramic view of the pyramids.
It is a very busy area but extremely safe. The hotel owners were also present, making sure guests were satisfied. The managers were very supportive of the staff and seemed very much like a family running a 12-room hotel. My family and I highly recommend Nut Pyramid as your hotel selection when visiting Cairo Egypt! You won't regret it.

Nov 10, 2025The staff at the property are beyond nice. They were always smiling and acknowledged you. Just remember what part of the world you are. The area around the hotel was poor but did not feel unafe at night. There is however a lot of garbage around the hotel area and it smells. The hotel could use a lot of TLC. Dont walk barefoot in the room since the floors are dirty and buckled. I am not going to lie, the bed had bugs. Little tiny what could have maybe been fleas but not sure. They didnt leave bite marks but it was super gross. The hotel is like 350m or so from the pyramid entrance. Lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

Jan 5, 2026The hotel is ideally located, just a five-minute walk to the Pyramid Complex via the back entrance. It is a small boutique hotel that offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel efficiently arranged the airport shuttle pickup. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and all staff members spoke excellent English. Aya at the front office demonstrated outstanding communication skills, and the Operations Manager, Zain, did an excellent job in making our family feel genuinely welcomed. The entire team was consistently courteous and always smiling throughout our stay. The rooftop breakfast was excellent and offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the pyramids.

Sep 22, 2025The staff was amazing. Cairo can be overwhelming and this was a little oasis just steps from the Pyramid complex. The area is noisy (that's most of Cairo) and Giza is a bit worse but this little gem was a nice safe place. My room was large and comfortable. The furnishings were simple but adequate. The view from the deck/restaurant is very nice. They use local restaurants to augment their dining options and it was good. I had dinner one evening with a fantastic view and breakfast the next morning was more than enough with great presentation. The staff was always there to help and in a city where you can feel like you're getting scammed the staff here was helpful and grateful for my presence without any of the pressure you get while out around town. The airport shuttle was nice both directions and the communication with the hotel through Whatsapps was prompt, clear and easy. Zane (the hotel manager) was particularly helpful with great english and lots of tips.
