We had a fantastic stay in Como at Luce Apartment, the accommodation was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need. instructions to gain access to the property were spot on (Would Not suitable for wheelchair users as on second floor) customer service were helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Luce Apartment is just off the centre of Como’s walled area with plenty of restaurants and shops. The edge of the lake is just a 15minute walk through the centre. Great location 🙂

Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como.

6/10 Good

Gute und ruhige Lage. Auf den ersten Blick sauber. Die Bettlacken waren bereits schmutzig (Haare, Staubfuseln und Flecken). Komischer Geruch beim Betreten des Appartements. Balkonboden voller Taubenschiss. Das Bett war katastrophal,Matratze komplett durchgelegen. Das Bad war sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

4/10 Fair
