A quiet oasis on the water
This hotel is tucked away on a sparsely populated bay, but has a cosmopolitan vibe. It has a small bar/restaurant with excellent food, and good customer service. They offer various water activities, but I did not partake of them, other than a swim. A real oasis on a drive up or down Baja.

Off the grid……in a good way
A great hotel literary off the grid. We stayed in the new section and the rooms were very nice and clean. Step off the porch and you are on the beach. The restaurant is limited but food is ok, the restaurant staff could be a little more friendly, not rude but a smile would help. Overall, if you want to be away from it all this is a good place to be

This as our second time staying at Alfonsina’s and it was lovely as usual. Peaceful beach, clean accommodations and friendly staff. Food was amazing which is one of the memorable things about our first visit. We requested a ground floor room upon check in and they did not have one for our room type but upgraded us instead to accommodate our request. Much appreciated! This is our favorite stop when driving down/up baja. We will stay again later this year!! Thank you!

Nice spot
Very funky looking upon arrival but my room was very modern and clean, nice decor. No TV, WiFi or hot water, guess that is the Eco part, but the beach was fabulous and the staff super helpful. They put out the coffee pots early so you can enjoy the sunrise from the deck. Breakfast starts at 8 which is a little late for the through traveller but was muy sobroso! The view earns all the stars and the night sky sparkles.

I Have been going to Alfonsinas for a long time. This is the first time I have gone since the big renovation 5 years ago. Obviously, the price has gone up quite a bit but the basic reason I go to is still the same... the bay. I found my room to be clean but bigger beds would have been a lot better, after all there is plenty of room in the room. Very few electrical outlets other about 3 total. The shower head barely shot out water in very fine streams of about 10 the rest were plugged. Outside the room was very rustic and not kept up. But the worst was the dining room. The food is good, and the staff is very attentive, but it was very hot and there was no breeze, and I was latterly dripping into my food. A mini split would have been ideal, but a basic electric oscillating fan would have worked. Would love to come back but a few things need to be looked into.

El lugar es bastante remoto lo que le aporta seguridad y tranquilidad. La playa es muy agradable, perfecta para los niños. Ofrecen actividades acuáticas como paddle, kayak, pesca. El precio me parece elevado para la calidad y equipamiento de las habitaciones. La limpieza de los baños se podría mejorar, estaba la poceta y bañera manchados. El wifi no está incluido en el precio y es 800 pesos por un equipo 1 día.

el hotel terrible, son cuartos de motel sucios sin lámparas ni closets, la comida es lo único boutique que tienen y obviamente las playas son espectaculares
pero no vale lo que cobran en lo absoluto, el baño estaba HORRIBLE Y TERRIBLEMENTE SUCIO.
