The location was perfect for our needs. Easy walk to all of the sites. I did not like how compact the room was and the bed was really hard. Location yes. Hotel stay no.

Great location! Friendly, helpful staff. Cute cafe. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Easy to get a taxi/Uber from here or walk to the bus stop. We stayed four nights and had zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again!

Right in the heart of Covent Garden, very small rooms but was ok for myself and grandaughter. Staff friendly and very helpful, lovely stay

8/10 Very good

Nice clean and modern room in a great central London location. As with any London Hotel, you’re paying for the location as it’s by no means a cheap stay for how small a space your room is. Staff super friendly, big downside would be no lift to the part of the 4th floor I was on so may be challenging for elderly people or if you have lots of luggage to haul up a lot of narrow stairs.

Great location slightly out of the hubbub but handy to everything. Big rooms, big beds, tiny bathroom with no towel rails or much storage. Good breakfast available

8/10 Very good

The location in Covent Garden is excellent. Despite the city-centre location my room was quiet. The AC was effective and welcome. My room was very clean but small (like many new, reasonably priced hotels). It was comfortable for 1 person would have been a squeeze for two. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay again.

8/10 Very good

Very functional room with double bunk beds for a family of four. Not alot of space in the room but the beds are quite large and the stairs leading up to the top bunk was fun to ascend and descend even for me as an adult so I took the top bunk with one child :) Very exciting to see that each bed had it's own TVwall so there were twolarge TVs in the room! Sadly, having two large TV screens in the room turned out to be dissapointing - I didn't understand the point of the TV which had nothing interesting to offer...the TV screens were a major disappointment. Location was central for us as we were within walking distance of all the activities and places we had to visit. Train from paddington to Charing Cross station and it is only an 8 min walk from the station to the hotel making arrival and depature seamless. Overall, it was a good stay but because of the TV disappointment, I would not stay again.
