O atendimento da equipe e a limpeza das instalações merecem destaque. Fomos muito bem atendidos, e o ambiente estava sempre limpo e organizado. Por outro lado, a infraestrutura deixou a desejar. Em um dos dias da hospedagem, ficamos um dia inteiro sem água para tomar banho, o que gerou um grande transtorno. Sugiro que a pousada invista em uma caixa d’água com capacidade adequada para atender à demanda dos hóspedes, pois esse tipo de problema é inadmissível nos dias de hoje. Outro ponto que precisa de atenção é a falta de controle em relação ao barulho nas áreas comuns. Logo nas primeiras horas da manhã, alguns hóspedes faziam muito barulho, conversando e gritando nas dependências da pousada, sem que houvesse qualquer intervenção da equipe. Isso comprometeu o descanso de quem buscava tranquilidade durante a hospedagem. Espero que esses pontos sejam considerados, pois a pousada tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos seus hóspedes.
