A clean, fairly comfortable property, in the dead centre of Barcelona.
The supplied code for the entrance door from the street did not work, so we had to walk up and down the street to ensure we had a network signal in order to use the supplied app. The instructions on how to access the property were clear, and the front door was easy to spot once we were on the right street. Everything was very clean, especially the bathrooms, under the beds looked very clean, as was the fridge freezer and the small kitchen area in general. Strong Wi-Fi throughout, and Netflix worked on the smart TV. Two of the four bedrooms have views of the street below, the other two bedrooms and the living room have views of the lift shaft or the fire escape. The sliding doors to the ensuites in the two back bedrooms did not slide, so bear in mind you would be sitting on the loo waving at your roommate. Aircon in all the bedrooms was a bit temperamental, didn't work at first, seemed to spring into life the second day. It was strong enough to keep the rooms cool while it was 25° outside but might struggle if it was very hot? Some interesting design choices around the apartment, but it felt a little bit sterile in some respects, there is absolutely no artwork on any of the walls, there are no ornaments, books, games, nothing to make it really feel like home. However, everyone slept well, and we had a comfortable stay in a clean apartment in the busy centre of Barcelona.

The apartment was tidy and well-kept, and the initial impression was positive.
However, the main issue was the temperature inside the apartment — it was really warm. There was no air conditioning, and the fans provided either didn’t work or only worked in some rooms. Two of the bedrooms didn’t even have proper windows, only openings facing what seemed to be a shaft or elevator space, which made it feel very closed-in and made the heat even worse.
Due to the high temperatures, we were unable to sleep properly during our stay. We contacted the reception and requested either a change of accommodation or a refund for the remaining nights so we could find another place to stay ourselves. They said they would forward our request to management, but unfortunately we never received a response.
This was disappointing and made our stay quite uncomfortable. While the apartment itself was nice and clean, the lack of climate control and the poor response from the management significantly impacted our experience.

Posizione molto centrale vicino alla Rambla, alla Cattedrale, a 10 minuti di cammino dalla Barceloneta. Le camere pulite e moderne. I bagni un poco piccoli ma funzionali. Siamo stati molto bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lokationen var helt perfekt. Der ligger rigtig mange dejlige spisesteder, barer og caféer meget tæt på.
Lejligheden var ret slidt og der manglede lys ved sofabordet. Lejligheden er lidt mørk og ikke super hyggelig, men pga. beliggenheden, var den super.
