Facilities were great but service was fantastic. Staff was incredibly accommodating. They let us check in several hours early and provided us breakfast out first day in Cusco. We left the hotel between 4-6am everyday and made sure to have a breakfast to go ready when we left. Was initially concerned about the location (about 35min walk from the town square) but Ubers were easy to get only 7PEN (about 3 CAD). Highly recommend, true hospitality.

Some people say the property is great, but it’s too far from everything. I disagree! It’s a 15 minute uber from anything. So nice to return to a calm, quiet, and really nice place after a hectic day of being a tourist! I would stay here again. Also, staff are genuinely kind, caring and helpful.
