Wasn't expecting our room to be so big and luxurious. Absolute gem of a property. It's off the beaten track, a 20 minute walk into the city for those able, or grab an Uber. We ended up walking as we're able and active. Property is fantastic and the rooms are very well put together. (Comfortable, cool and beautiful. The two ladies here in the day (housekeeping?) are lovely and put up with our very little understanding of Spanish. Highly recommend this place as it's an absolute steal. Mostly I appreciated the quiet and the privacy.

Beautiful place, loved the views from the patio, and the breakfast was tasty with wonderful service, but a few notes on my experience… Saturday night there was loud club music blasting outside from at least 3-11pm when it thankfully stopped. It was impossible to relax. I was grateful for the hotel shuttle because he walked me to my room upon check-in late at night, otherwise, there is no reception onsite, nobody to speak with or ask questions. They send info via WhatsApp. Uber from this location to anywhere in the main area takes about 10-15 minutes but it is easy. I did feel safe and other than Saturday night, it was quiet.

We loved our stay at Casa Santa Margarita! Staff was super responsive and helpful throughout the process from arranging our pickup from the airport to checkout! The property and rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. It was also nice being a short ride away from downtown Antigua and being able to come back to a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast in the morning was also a nice addition! I would definitely stay here again

This property was gorgeous and so much better than what I expected from the online photos! We stayed in the Luxury Suite with the garden view and the room was huge, AC worked great, especially loved the tiled bathroom! The staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. We landed early and they held onto our luggage until our actual check in time, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast at the hotel was great and we also used their transportation service to get back to the airport and it was a smooth and comfortable ride. The van is spacious, modern and clean. Absolutely no complaints.

The location was perfect for us - down a gated street, felt very safe and calm vibes. Breakfast was delish. Staff were so helpful and friendly.
