Very comfortable, great breakfast with loads of choices of food and teas. Fiona and Ian were both lovely to chat with and their garden is full of wildlife to watch. Bus stops close by and it was easy to get around without the car. Will stay again if I visit the area.

This is the by far the best guest house I have ever stayed in.
Ian & Fiona are so welcoming and friendly.
The house is in an ideal location and is peacefully quiet, also with on site parking behind an electronic gate.
I will definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

We never go on staycations but what a good choice for a first time! Fiona and Iain were so lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was great with lots of options. They took their time to have a conversation with us and the other couples during breakfast which I thought was really nice. The room was great with lovely surroundings and it was so quiet the whole time we were there - we’d definitely come back! Thank you both - we wish you all the best and hopefully see you again soon.
