It would be good to provide a coffee machine and a few pods and a bottle of water. The check-in felt chaotic. I never received an email with instructions and had ring several times for access. I then had to input my passport details in the street. On the other hand they were quick to email asking for the city tax payment. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Although the location was very central and the apartment itself was beautiful, the mattress was so bad that we didn’t sleep for the 2 nights we stayed. You could feel every spring and it was dirty and stained. If we had been staying longer we would have moved. There was also only 1 thin pillow each which added to the bad nights sleep. Although outside of their control the digging up of the road that started early morning added to the non existent nights sleep. The quality of the bed definitely needs to be improved.

the location is excellent. short walk to the Basilica. the room is spacious and great. the not so great things about the unit: 1. you need to be geek to check in, it took me forever just to open the main door 2. there’s no elevator, i need to drag my luggage and take around 20+ steps 3. the curtain are so thin especially in the bathroom. 4. the hot water, once the other room used the hot water, you need to wait for 45 minutes to have a warm water for shower as per owner

Apartment is easy to find and in a great location. The entry is a bit strange. You click on a link sent via email. So if your phone battery dies you’re screwed. You enter a pin on the door handle to enter. The place was spacious and bright. At night time I couldn’t take a poop because if you have the light on, people will be able to see in the window (no proper blind or curtain, just a net style one) I tried to contact the property afterwards as I thought I had forgotten something, two messages were sent but no response received.

I emailed the host twice and called and WAS NEVER SEND A CHECK IN CODE and therefore had to book last moment another hotel which was twice the money as Milan was sold out and I was traveling the entire night with my baby, worst experience ever, please refund me asap or I keep on posting.

Zentrale Lage (6 Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt). Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Bars, Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schöne Altbauwohnung mit kleiner Küchenzeile, saniertem Badezimmer und ansprechender Einrichtung. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Für eine Geschäftsreise oder privaten Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Straße und Straßenbahn etwas laut im Schlafzimmer. Bei meinem Besuch: Baustelle in der Nachbarwohnung mit großer Lärmbelästigung ab 07:00 morgens. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert für kurze Geschäftsreise oder Städtetrip.
