The property had everything you needed. However, there was no laundry and the pool was actually a jacuzzi instead of a pool.
There was only one toilet paper roll and a few items missing.
Otherwise, great stay.

We stayed here because our daughter was remodeling an apartment in the adjacent neighborhood. The neighborhood of Luxe Palermo Smart Suites is not fabulous: for example there are people living on the street, someone had their cellphone stollen out of their hand in the middle of the day while we were eating lunch. The room was noisy due to traffic on the nearby avenue. Otherwise the room we had was excellent. The facility was brand new. My impression was that we were the first guests. The staff was always available via text to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again despite the noise and the neighborhood.

It's a fine suite in a good location, but it comes with significant risk. When I tried to gain access to the room, staff did not reply for *TWENTY HOURS.*
There is no front desk here, and this listing does not specify that you will be contacted via WhatsApp, which I do not use. I *only* discovered this because I arrived at the same time as other travellers who were aware of it, and had received their entry information. This Expedia listing is not monitored and will not respond to messages.
I then received no reply for *TWENTY HOURS* to attempts to communicate with staff and get access to my room.
In fairness, I had missed an email requiring that I "check in" 48 hours in advance of my arrival, but this seems simply unacceptable regardless of the hoops i didn't jump through.
Ultimately I not only booked another hotel for that night, but got spooked enough by the radio silence that I booked another room for the remainder of my stay, just to be sure I had a room.
So the lack of responsiveness of the managers of this property in the end cost me about $600. My planning was so wrecked that I ultimately only spent one night in this suite. As compensation, I was offered free cleaning.
All that said, it is genuinely a nice space, and the location is fantastic. Maybe this was just a one-time mix-up by management, but it severely impacted me, and I can't say I felt entirely fairly treated in the end.

Gostamos muito do apartamento, cama confortável, quarto espaçoso, cozinha completa, sofá e mesa para rejeições. Os armários para guardar as roupas eram poucos, mas possuía espaço para guardar as malas. O box do chuveiro não é fechado e o chuveiro é bem potente, molha bastante o chão do banheiro se for abrir muito a água, mas comunicamos para a administração e foram atenciosos em nos ajudar com a limpeza e os panos de chão extras. Solucionada essa questão do banheiro, aproveitamos muito o local para fazer nossas refeições da manhã e lanches. Recomendo e voltaria! Muito bem localizado.
