Everything was nice a new and the quality seemed great. Gym is great. Didn’t get to check out the pool. Breakfast options were good, but they were out of bananas.

Brand new hotel (1 week open as of June 26).
Functional, well appointed rooms. Convenient location. Best of all: the kindest and friendliest staff from front desk to breakfast service. I would highly recommend this Home 2 Suites.

Check in time was supposed to be 3:00. Rooms were not ready when we got there. Had to wait a hour to check in. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds. Then didn’t have but one double queen room. Got a king suite instead.
Breakfast was ok but not great. Ran out of sausage I waited 20 minutes then gave up. Eggs were low to. Just seemed like everything was behind.
Rooms were clean. Beds ok. Checking out was ok. I don’t agree with being charged 50 dollars on my card as a deposit. They have card information if needed after my stay.
Just wasn’t a great experience.

The stay was great! The room was nice, big and clean. Didnt notice at first but the curtain has a rip in it, there werent any trash bags in the trash cans and the shower didnt have a shower curtain. Those were the only issues we had.

This is our second time staying here and had thought this is where we would come regularly to stay as we visited my mother in a nursing home.
First, the good: The staff are always friendly. The rooms are very spacious and have a table that rolls around the room to meet multiple needs, basic dishes to eat in the room as desired, a fridge/freezer combo that will allow you to eat and store meals, and a microwave for cooking said meals or warming them up. There is a couch that is also a pull out—this is in the 2 queen bed rooms or the king bedroom. The TV has services such as Netflix, Disney, etc that you can log in to and they will log you out on check out. They have a salt water pool (our children said it was a little cold this weekend). They have a breakfast area with a great variety of options, especially at this price point.
Opportunities for growth: They started charging an incidental fee. I am used to giving a card in case of incidentals but they actually charge you and then refund it days later. The beds are VERY firm. The walls and ceilings must be paper thin—people were loud in the hall and there was a guest running around in the room above The breakfast buffet has a good variety but they run out of the yogurt frequently and do not refill it always, Most of the egg sandwich items taste like they came from a package and are sometimes undercooked or cold. Also, the staff do not always stay up on re-filling. We decided to try somewhere else next time

It was expensive for what you get. The property is new and clean. Breakfast area needs tweaked. No coffee, all the hot items are crammed into a tiny little cabinet that you use the same tongs to touch everything. The yogurt container is on the floor. no juice it was gone as well. Low staffed- high price, clean but not worth the $

Room was clean and acceptable. TV would not work, it's 2025 and there isn't much excuse not to have a working smart TV. They're $90 on Amazon SMH
