Oct 21, 2025Very poorly managed hotel. Huge communication gap between Expedia and Hotel Nirala Dhani. Guest treatment is pathetic. Diwali night they closed restaurant without informing. Reception team kept us waiting for 1 hr without any reason while check in. Avoid staying here.
