Its a nice stay if u spend your short work/ family trip in Dresden. The room is clean, bed is nice and temperature is warm. Its dark enough for a nice sleep with the curtains. Breakfast is good and price is reasonable. Staff are nice and giving you space when need a rest in lobby ,while u wait for the train. I don’t need to choose another hotel when I come back nice time .

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, and the location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The beds are very comfortable, which always helps us have a good night’s sleep. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower in our room didn’t drain properly, which was a little frustrating. The hotel parking is also quite limited, especially for larger 4x4 vehicles. It would be great if there were a few wider parking spaces designed for bigger cars, as well as designated parking spaces for disabled guests. On a positive note, there’s a fantastic sushi restaurant right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. We ended up dining there every evening during our stay, and their mango shakes are absolutely delicious! Overall, despite the few issues, we always enjoy staying here.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the extra pillow in the closet was a nice touch. We arrived before 3 p.m. and were offered an early check-in for an additional fee, which we gladly accepted. The staff was friendly, although the service was fairly standard.
