2/10 Poor
This property should not be listed on expedia. I found out this is not a hotel but each room owned by different owners. They did not have check in instructions and they dont have a front desk for any help. I never got to check in. There is a contact phone number that does not answer. Thankfully expedia relocation team got me another place to stay but this was a total disaster. Expedia please delist The Song as more people like me will have to suffer.
