Aug 1, 2026Everything was lovely, from the breakfast to the staff. I love small hotels and they’ve done an excellent job at maintaining it. Everyone was friendly and the location was wonderful.

Jun 22, 2026Everything about this property was top notch! The bed and pillows were heavenly. The robes and the towels were white and fluffy. The staff were welcoming, prompt and efficient. The breakfast was a la carte and prepared with care. The juice was freshly squeezed, the coffees were excellent. Can't find fault with anything! Really enjoyed our stay!

Elegant hotel in a great location in the old town. Room not huge but large enough and very comfortable with every possible amenity. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff - very helpful and friendly. Great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can’t praise this hotel enough! It’s all in the details. Next level breakfast and the bakery brings a nice touch. Will only stay here from now on when in Tallinn, 10/10. The spa is very peaceful and great massages.

Jul 3, 2026As our taxi dropped us off we were warmly greeted by gracious staff. The hotel is immaculate and gorgeous. Our room was modern and beautiful with anything one could need, including a Dyson hair dryer.
We returned after dinner to a turned down bed and a pillow menu, should we want a different pillow. The ones provided however were perfect. I had an amazing restorative sleep.
Breakfast was lovely and made to order.
I didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa , but I did view the area which was top notch.
I wish we had more time at the Burman. We will definitely revisit.

Mar 1, 2026The best hotel in Tallinn by far. I have been here many times and will always come back. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The service is first class, as are the hotel rooms and public areas. The cocktail bar with delicious drinks and the cigar lounge attached to it are great! A perfect 5 star place. There is also a Casino next door which you can walk straight through the hotel. The restaurant is also top class if you want lunch or dinner. And of course the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Tallinn's old town. The building is also historic and interesting.

Jul 28, 2025The hotel is outstanding, refine and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was over and above my expectations.
The only thing they need to improve is in make is sustainable, there is many plastic waste when it come to shampoo and soap. Also my room didn’t have a full length mirror.

Jan 4, 2026Nice premises and set up. Friendly service. However, something is missing from five stars. Did not get a supreme experience. Some small hassle in many things. Indoor dining was terrible. Tasted like instant noodles. The dishes were not removed from the room until very late the next evening - and after calling the reception. Spa was small but nice. Treatments pricy but nice. Needs some accuracy and sharp management.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and detail. Everything functions seamlessly, creating an environment where you can fully relax and feel well looked after.
The experience was so positive that I have already booked my next stay in Tallinn with the Burman Hotel. That alone says enough.
