I stayed at this hotel in December in Phuket, Thailand, and overall had a lovely experience. The location is excellent—right on the beach with absolutely amazing sunset views that were a highlight of the stay. Waking up to the ocean and ending the day watching the sun go down was unforgettable. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection and fresh options to start the day. The property itself is well-situated for relaxing and enjoying the beach atmosphere. The only downside was the laundry service, which I felt was quite overpriced compared to the room rate and local options. Aside from that, the stay was very enjoyable, and I would still recommend this hotel for its views and beachfront location.

Too close to the airport, not close enough to anything else. Hour taxi ride to get to Patong, Elephant sanctuary or anywhere else worth visiting on the island. Accommodation (2 Bdrm pool villa) was ok, breakfast was below average and resort dining options were limited. Would not stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to a 4 bedroom villa for our last night. Staff were friendly and handled the situation well. Thank you. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back.

DO NOT STAY HERE, after 15 years using Expedia this is my first negative review. The water park onsite is CLOSED until further notice, there is no mention of this on the website, the children’s pool is CLOSED for maintenance, the main restaurant is CLOSED. Elsewhere there was no hot water in the showers (reported many times), food takes over an hour in poolside restaurant (not great with kids), many villas are being renovated so expect lots of workman (smoking) and noise, breakfast is very basic, you have to request and chase for housekeeping and the nearby beach is filthy and no swimming allowed. There are many great villas and complexes in Phuket, this was terrible.
