Was loving everything in there especially the foods and the staffs attended good and respectful and responsible ❤️ AIkU is the besr luxury hotel can’t wait go back there with my American wife 😀

The property is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and respectful with great manners. A few minor issue's were the room door didn't lock, the hot water didn't work, and management need's better organization with check in process.
