This is a new building and reception is still under construction as of July 2025. So, they just have one small table with couple of guys as staff. Property looks good from outside as well as neat rooms. However, one of the 2 rooms we booked was leaking from wall due to rain and there was some water on the floor. Otherwise, the other room was in very good condition. This is only for staying and there is no breakfast or food options available. The biggest problem though is that fabhotels have asked to remove property from Expedia site as they don't get any booking details from them. So, the hotel didn't know that we were coming. However, their central team quickly resolved the issue very quickly and obtained all the details by contacting Expedia and I didn't have to pay anything. I had booked family suit for 4, but thet gave us 2 separate rooms close to each other. I was quite impressed with the customer service of fabhotel group in general. I hope they improve the property as well.
