I had such a great stay here! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was super nice and relaxing. You can tell they really care about their guests. Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2 really needs to be replaced. Otherwise, great location, clean room, cozy spot. I'd stay again if I'm certain that the bed situation is sorted.

I would categorize this property as more so a BNB than a proper hotel. The place and location worked for this trip. It's just I had to ask they tone down on all the damage fee warnings. As a single individual traveling for business, this was a real turnoff. I would understand if this was in the middle of the city, or a rental during spring break, but it wasn't. This was such a turnoff that I would not stay at this property again.

Room was clean, the owner was rude and had myself and my gf standing in the rain all because of the weird way of how they ask for additional fees just to check in early. It doesn’t say on hotels . Com as you book this room that if you want early check in that you have to pay in cash or Zelle them, even though when you book this room it’s using my visa not Zelle or cash so it was very weird and him not being understanding made it very bad. The owner was very rude to me and my gf on the phone and made me feel uncomfortable

You are asked to fill out a form before check-in and are required to provide your credit card information. They are trying to charge my card daily for $14.95 for no reason. The room never gets dark, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the bed sheets leave a lot of lint on clothes. If these things are fixed, ideal place to stay and close to the city. Parking is not a problem.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. First, the lack of physical presence of a staff on site can be really challenging. During our stay, people in one of the units were making very loud noise until 2:30-3 am (and also smoking marijuana). I texted the contact number for the property at 1am but no aone replied until 6am. The noise made it impossible for us to have a comfortable sleep. This was a serious problem, and the staff didn't even bother to apologize for lack of response overnight. Second, the shower had mold on every corner. Clearly, the cleaning needs further attention and having mold is not acceptable in any way. This is a major health problem.

There were bugs all over the bed and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room in reality is smaller than the pictures, with old furniture. There was no blanket. We had to find another place at 2 am after taking a 12 hour flight. The host refused to refund us and pretended that they didn’t know about the issues. Stay away and find a better place!
