Das Personal ist unhöflich, die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht, und die Preise sind für den gebotenen Service völlig überzogen. Finger weg von diesem Hotel.

Het duurde 15 minuten om in te checken, bij navraag wat er aan de hand is, werd er geen antwoord gekregen.
De kamer grenst aan de snelweg en daardoor is er sprake van veel geluidsoverlast, niet te beginnen over het feit dat de vloer van de kamer ongelijk is.
Het ontbijt was erg karig en slecht, waardoor rechtsomkeer werd gemaakt bij het ontbijt…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor. Hotel is in a good location near a metro station and the mall is a 5 minute ride away. Thanks to the staff.
