Stayed at this location 4 times now in 4 different apartments.
Always excellent, amenities are great, gym/ pool are definitely worth a visit.
I think the management have got this perfectly correct.
Great place to stay and I would not stay any where else in Johor.
Now the walkway is finished I can walk to JB Sentral in 8min with carry on luggage. R&F Mall 2 min supermarket etc etc.

The apartment was clean and spacious with a separate living room, bedroom, balcony (great view of the Causeway), kitchenette and toilet/shower area. Wifi signal strength was strong. Smart TV with broadcast channels & apps like Netflix & Youtube.
Complete condo facilities on Level 8 - swimming pool, gym, games rooms, big garden area. Walk across the connecting bridge to R&F Mall for food, groceries, movie & grooming services.
Communication with Customer Service Officer, Ivene, was prompt and clear & detailed directions (with pictures & videos) were provided.

Difficult to locate block and were made to run around in circles locating the exact location of the room. The bed is small. Pillow is not of good quality and too high. Cannot get a good sleep. An apartment with 3 rooms but only has 1 toilet. Will never try this property again!

Room is very clean, neat, fashion, comfortable. Very close to Fuju shopping mall. There are a lot of nice and delicious foods in the mall. The swimming pool is very big, very suitable for children. The gym and other facilities are very nice too. It is good for families to stay for short term or long term holiday!

Absolutely worth a review - Fantastic!
This property is absolutely worth a review.
Apartments are well equipped, modern, super clean and functional. The view of the bay gives you an ever-changing scene when sat on the balcony. WiFi is super strong and fast.
Local amenities are across the road from the apartment with eateries and a well-stocked supermarket. There are bars and eateries available at the waterfront 4min walk away via the opera house.

The amenities offered are excellent, clean and comfortable. Better grab a cab to the location from CIQ as it is not easy to locate the Block I am staying and the walking distance to the service apartment (via bridge linkway) is simply too long and tiring. Not easy to locate the premise on your own. Now I know better.

Everything was great! Except a small feedback, upon check in, perhaps the cleaner just cleaned up the room, so in the master room toilet there is some bits of water on the floor that did not dry up totally. That may be hazardous to cause guest to slip and fall, esepcially if there are seniors. The kitchen utensils are not enough for a bigger group of guests. Other than that, the rest are great!

The unit was immaculate. Check in was smooth and communication was great. The complex is a little overwhelming at first, but then we learned our way around. We enjoyed the pool briefly, and our son wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately JB was just a transit point for us, but we did check out the mall next door. Nice view of Singapore and spacious apartment!
