The rooms were large and well kept. The sheets were clean. The furnature was older, quality furnature. I liked that. It went well with the dark hard wood floors. The stsff was kind and accomzdaying. With the exceptionof the day time female behind thd front desk. She was rude to me for reasons unknown.

LIKES : We liked the room, the bed was very, very, comfortable. Best sleep I've had in a while...Great mattress... Good parking, private... Clean & Quiet...
DisLIKES: Only toast, tea, and coffee... No Ice... no one to check us out ??? - they need more English speaking staff. However, everyone was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay !

I became depressed once I saw how small the TV was. The TV was smaller than 32 inches. Guests or travelers need to have a TV that is at least 42 inches with Internet and Movie Channels. I left this Inn sooner than I wanted to because of the TV. I didn't like the adjoining rooms. There is no privacy. There needs to be better maintenance of the rooms. The bathroom floor threshold came loose.

The room was dirty in the shower. There was women hairs on the wall. The sink was filthy. The floor wasn’t swept. There was no towels or toilet paper when we arrived in the room and it says they have breakfast. They only had cereal and bread they didn’t even have sugar for the coffee. The AC was terrible. It made a noise all night even when it was shut off it sounded like it was gonna blow up.

The room was not ready at check in time. The person who checked us in said other rooms were ready and when we asked how much it would be to upgrade to a different room, he said “just give me $30 cash and we’ll call it even.”
Once the room was ready (over 40 minutes after check in), it was not clean. There was trash in the shower and the fire detector was hanging out of the ceiling.
The room was dirty and definitely unsafe.

I booked through Expedia pretty often and this is my first time needing a last-minute place to stay. I would rate this place zero stars if I could, but I can’t so it gets one. The staff was helpful. I will say that and it’s not her fault for what happened. She did say she would refund me even if it was just partial. So for that, I’m grateful. However, arriving the area was pretty sketch, but because I grew up in an area similar, I put it to the side. After checking in, we went into our room, which was hard to find because we couldn’t find anywhere to go upstairs on the outside. We had to go into the waiting area to use the elevator. Once we got into the room, I had to use the restroom. And when I walked into the restroom, I saw a little bugs on the floor, the size of baby roaches. They were dead, mostly but it triggered me so it made me check the beds. My kids are already on the bed so I rushed them to get off of them and take the blankets off that we had brought. I checked the first bed because we got two beds. The first bed was OK, but the second bed the moment I removed the bedding from the mattress I saw bugs crawling, like maggots underneath. I have never seen anything in a hotel like this before so I became sick to my stomach. I started having an anxiety attack because we spent our last on this hotel and I was so stressed. There was no way I could stay here with my kids. I had to contact Expedia for my refund, which was the worst part. Please do not stay here.!

I thought it was going to be a pleasant stay but unfortunately not came here for a little vacation checked in and assumed iy was going to be all goo but that was not the case the place as not very clean pulling into the parking lot, had homeless people with all their belongings under the car port living there. We left for the day and when we returned to our room the room was completely flooded our mattress were out side the building, apparently there was a fire in the room next to us and had made the sprinklers go off, who’s I understand unfortunate events do happen but there was no communication on their part they have all my info too no call no text not even a not saying come talk to management which does not sit with me all of our things were soaked that were exposed and not put away and when we did talk with someone all he said was we’re just getting another room no sorry from him didn’t even say anything about an incentive or discount I would really like a full refund and something done about this

Os pontos positivos:
Localização, café da manhã (simples mas bom) e o estacionamento. A cama é razoável.
De resto, é somente um hotel para dormir e tomar banho. Quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro, chuveiro do banheiro muito ruim, a cortina protetora de água velha e molhava tudo o banheiro, as toalhas de banho extremamente finas e pequenas.
