The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, they need to work on some details, such as the water in the room, and check if the heater/AC works properly. The hotel is brand new and has considerable potential. For the business trip, it worked very well. Many thanks!

Reservei este hotel com base nas avaliações e na nota geral, porém a experiência foi muito decepcionante. Chegamos já à noite e a primeira impressão foi bastante assustadora. Só conseguimos localizar o hotel pelo endereço. A recepção é pequena e escura, e o elevador é muito antigo, com duas portas, passando pouca sensação de segurança. A recepcionista foi simpática, mas infelizmente isso não compensou o restante da experiência. As áreas de circulação possuem carpete escuro, o que reforça o aspecto de descuido. No quarto, a cama era dura e extremamente desconfortável. O banheiro tinha forte cheiro de esgoto e, ao abrir o chuveiro, a água saiu com aparência de ferrugem. Para completar, o hotel não oferece café da manhã. Por sorte, nosso voo era logo pela manhã, o que fez com que a estadia fosse curta. No geral, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado diante das avaliações encontradas.

O hotel é bom, extremamente bem localizado! A recepção é gentil e atenciosa. O quarto é pequeno e não tem frigobar, o que foi um ponto negativo, pois estava muito quente e gostaríamos de comprar alguns lanchinhos. O wifi não é bom, oscila muito e bem fraca a conexão. Não não tem café da manhã nesta unidade, mas com cafeterias a pouquíssimos passos. É um bom custo benefício.
