Excellent location. Nice place. Ridiculously tiny. I mean soooo tiny. Noticeably smaller than a cruise ship cabin. Also, perhaps I am just not used to the way some elevator systems work, but they were too slow, too small, and the system was not intuitive…plus no one gave us a real “how-to” when we checked in. But old building, big city…I probably should expect that some. Otherwise, no real complaints.

Room was small, but that is expected for location. We only used it to sleep. Daily cleaning was well done. Air conditioning worked great and nice shower. Late checkout is unlikely due to volume of guests. But they offer to hold bags in a lobby room if you have a late flight out of the city after checkout. In the heart of the action of Times Square, near a lot of subway stations and sights, this is a great choice for first time NYC visitors like us.

Fantastic hotel with a great location. Would stay here again. The lifts can be a little busy and could be improved on for instructions to guests so that you don’t end up stopping on many floors with no one entering or exiting the lifts. Make sure you leave earlier if you need to get somewhere on time! Great amenities and very helpful staff!
