We absolutely loved this hotel! The location is perfect- walkable from the station, across from the canal and incredibly close to cafes, restaurants, shopping, boat tours & a laundromat. The staff were amazing- super helpful, fluent, and happy. We had purchased the breakfast buffet upon reserving our room, and it was delicious. We were travelling with our son, who was going to attend university there, and our room was spacious with a King and a twin pullout. I highly recommend this property- our stay was fantastic!

Nice clean hotel with excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the temperature in the room; there's no air conditioning but something called climate control which I set to 18 degrees (C) - however, the room was way hotter than that during the whole stay. Also a small fridge in the room would have been great to cool some drinks.

Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor.
