Sep 24, 2025Stayed 2 nights and the location is great, right next to Tres Cruces bus terminal. Shopping and restaurants in the terminal, with a lot of places to reach easily by foot or taxi since it's in the middle of the city. They were renovating the hotel at the time of the visit (sept 2025) but didn't affect us since the stay was over the weekend. Oh and really nice view from the gym and the breakfast area.

Mar 23, 2026Honestly no idea how this property has scored anything above a 2.
Plus points. Handy to bus station. Friendly check in staff. Nice reception area.
Bad points. Room falling to bits. Bathroom horrible and dirty. Windows and floors dirty. Breakfast extra $10 (we didn't bother after seeing the state of the hotel). Advertised as having a guest laundry - it doesn't but has a paid (and expensive) laundry service/dry clean. The area around the bus station is grotty and lots of homeless and dirt.
Four hotels so far in South America This was the worst except the nice friendly female at reception was very pleasant and helpful.
Stay in the old town/port area or near the southern beaches This area is unpleasant to stay in and it's worth the cost of the uber to stay somewhere else.

Jun 29, 2026A very nice room at a very affordable rate… I was surprised when I saw how nice the room was. Right at the bus terminal and all of the shopping as well. I’ll certainly stay there again.

Mar 8, 2026I really liked staying here , however they charge you for every little thing. I think they need to specify that breakfast is $10 per person every morning.

Feb 23, 2026Excellent service from the staff, especially at check-in. The room was generally very good, especially for the price; the only downside was the bathroom, which smelled musty. The water pressure was excellent, though.

Jun 21, 2026There were live Bed bugs in the room and I need to leave immediately. No assistance nothing the housekeeper manager came to see and just told me you need to leave the room because we have to fumigate. No refund for the night that I slept with the bed bugs. Terrible experience.

Dec 4, 2025The hotel staff didn't allow us to leave all our luggage in the room, two bicycles that we were bringing for a race were left in the parking lot of the hotel having an enormous risk of theft.
