Chgecking in with the machine that issues the room key wasn't great as it didn't show a room number. Had to call the help centre, but resolved quickly.

Check in/out was easy.
No milk though for our tea/coffee and the iron didn’t work. But otherwise perfect

Could hear every noise from guest’s next door and opposite , fire doors inadequate as big gaps underneath and only closed when pulled closed , main door was constantly left open as it only closed when pulled .

Room is exactly as the photographs show. Slightly smaller than we anticipated but fine for what we needed. We did book a city view but our room was facing to the back of a building. Check in was super easy

The hotel has no staff in the building. Hence they rely exclusively on telephone conversations with a outsourced helpdesk rather than dedicated hotel staff. The location is good however, the service is hit and miss on whether you will receive a phone call in time particularly for check-in and if you lose a room key.

Automatic check in - ok but the screen blanked out before we got the room number. No problem we tried (all?) 12 rooms and found ours.
Clean, newly renovated beautiful bunker with no way to set the heating (a/c remote controlled?).
Conveniently small bath where you can be on the potty, brush your teeth/wash hands and take a shower at the same time (small).
The heating would have been a non issue if the number to call had been active (it was not).
Central location, nice neighborhood. Warmly recommend to find another room nearby.

Important for me to communicate that this hotel is great and has been renovated! Everything is brand new and stay couldn’t have been easier to navigate. Room was comfortable and stylish. Would easily stay here again!

There were no staff on site. The room had a diirty towel left on the floor behind rhe bathroom door. There were no cups in the room so coyls not make a tea or coifee. I could access the wifi. I enailed t o obtain the code and i had a reply this morning after i checked out. I will not book again

Lovely, clean room, but small. Staff were very helpful and friendly when I messaged them. Ideal location. Very close to Oxford Street, so shops and transport within 5 minutes. Self check in took some time, but now I know, would be quicker next time.

Nice and clean but a little noisy
The room was nice and clean and modern but it was very noisy. This was caused by other guests, thin walls and noise from cars outside. Still happy overall

We were on the 3rd floor walk up which was annoying but it was such a good price I can’t complain. No bag check but we did check in early. Area has cute shops and restaurant and really convenient to get around

The self service was a disaster as machine had run out of room keys. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and give us room keys.
Room was clean and immaculate . great value for money. Beds need a rubbish bin and a second pillow though
