Mar 14, 2026The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. There were plenty of shops nearby. Greatly exceeded my expectations! Truly a world class hotel! Excellent value for the money!

Apr 17, 2026Friendly staff and convenient location. However, the stay was disappointing overall. There was a very noisy AC unit next to the room, and the room itself was cold with no option to control the temperature individually due to the central cooling system. The mini fridge was also quite loud. The room lacked a table, and both the room and bathroom were in poor condition. The buffet breakfast is not such, since you have to ask a waiter for every item except coffee which is self service.

Mar 19, 2026Spotlessly clean room. Very helpful staff, especially Luciano, who definitely went above and beyond! Kudos to Luciano! Very convenient and safe location! I’ve stayed here twice, and I will happily return, and I also recommend to my friends and family!

Dec 25, 2025Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Due to flight delay we arrived about 14 hours later than anticipated. With only time for a quick shower and breakfast before we were off on a city tour.
