6/10 Good

Good value. Building needs maintenance- we had to help other guests get into their rooms where doors were broken and door locks were sticking. Location fab for Portswood and easy to find parking on a Saturday night .

DO NOT STAY! Absolutely disgusting. Arrived at property with 3 children to find another woman in room, had to sleep in car as hotels.com could not find me another place to stay

2/10 Poor

We got there and from outside it was disgusting but we went in to room 2 which was supposed to be ours and a family was living in it.

2/10 Poor

ALERTA FRAUDE.
