We chose this accommodation because it looked clean and the facade was renovated. Indeed, the room was clean and renovated with air conditioning, however, it is located in a favela-type neighbourhood, so consider that. Another negative point was that from the moment we arrived at the building, there was an unpleasant smell of sewage, which never went away. Fortunately, the smell did not reach the room, but we could not open the window because our balcony adjoined the next house and the view was only of hanging underwear and clothes. The noise from the neighbouring houses and flats was loud. Another observation is that breakfast was said to be included, however we were only given coupons valid for 5 euros at a very nice cafe opposite the cathedral, which is not breakfast included. Similarly, it says that there is free parking nearby, but what is not is a warning that to get there, you have to go through the controlled transit zone, and you may have to pay a fine for driving there. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
