The best part of our stay was the staff at the lobby. Extremely helpful, polite, informative, welcoming, pleasant and gracious. The hotel was new and modern. The room was very clean. It is well situated in the heart of Lisbon. There are trains and buses anywhere. The city is extremely safe at all hours. The people approachable and helpful. I only have great things to say about our stay in this city.

The only complaint was the airplane noise, don't know if they are over a flight path, but very negligible since great bed to sleep on!!!
