덕진공원 호수 앞에 자리하고 있어서 접근성이 좋고 주차장이 넓습니다 배정받은 방에서 호수가 보여서 폭염에 나가지는 못하고 방에서 맥주 마시면서 구경했는데 좋네욯ㅎ방도 쾌적하고 깔끔하고 좋아요 숙소 바로 옆에 편의점도 있어서 필요한거 살 때 편리했습니다 출장갔다가 2박을 묵었는데 밤에 잠도 장 자고 잘 이용 했습니다

객실이 매우 깨끗하고, 시설은 좋은편 입니다. 주차 시설도 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 갑자기 일정 변동이 생겨 하루를 더 묵게 되었는데, 청소를 부탁하고 외출을 했습니다. 청소를 해주시겠다는 확답도 받았습니다. 하지만 돌아와 보니, 청소가 되어 있지 않았고, 청소가 왜 안되어 있냐고 물었더니, 죄송하다는 얘기와 함께 직원의 실수로 깜빡 잊었다는 말을 듣게 되었습니다. 그래서 물이나 수건, 쓰레기 정리는 어떻게 하냐고 물었는데 "물이나 필요한 것은 데스크에 문의해서 가져가시면 됩니다." 라는 답변을 받았습니다. 관리 직원의 실수 인데, 고객이 직접 필요한것을 챙기러 가야 하는건가요...?ㅎㅎㅎ 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만, 필요한 것이 있으면 챙겨주시는 업체는 많이 봤어도 호텔측 실수 인데도 저희가 챙기러 가는 경우는 처음인것 같습니다.

신관 1층 곰팡이 냄새가 좀 나는데 잠깐 지나치는 장소이니 별문제 없어요. 덕진 호수 근처라 위치 좋아요 개인적인 불만은 화장실 샤워부쓰 오픈형이라 화장실 바닥 늘 물이 생기는것과 뜨거운물이 약하고 뜨거웠다 차가웠다 안정적이지 않아요. 나머지는 가격대비 나쁘지 않아요
