Excellence made reality
From the moment I made the reservation, the emails received for check-in, the super friendly staff from the parking lot concierge to the reception, they answered my questions, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, the impeccable room, the restaurant with a very varied menu and all the food very tasty, all the staff very attentive to provide good service and the best thing is that they always had a smile while doing it, that is customer service, I will recommend it and of course I will stay at this hotel again.

Kind of ok for one nighg
The hotel was convenient for one night. I wasn’t impressed with the service. The reception staff were borderline rude and didn’t seem to care much. Overall was an ok experience, convenient and not far from airport but I wouldn’t book it again.

Beware of Unethical behavior in Hotel policies
A horrible experience with this Hotel. I had cancelled one night stay and the Hotel had agreed to the change thru Hotels.com. Upon arrival, the Hotel refused to honor the previous agreement, and I had to pay for another night stay. The Hotel management failed miserably in resolving the issue citing bureaucratic procedures in order to keep the double charges. Hotels.com agreed with my request and ended up giving me the due credit from their own money but the Hotel kept the double-booking income. Unethical policies by Habitel! As it is customary in Colombia, businesses NEVER return monies once they are paid! Travelers beware!

I had high hopes for my stay at Hotel Habitel Select, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival at the airport, I tried calling and sending WhatsApp messages to confirm when their complimentary shuttle would arrive, but I received no response. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially after a long flight. Prior to my stay, I specifically emphasized the need for a quiet room and even sent a message in advance to ensure my request was noted. However, I was placed in a room with a window that wouldn’t close, overlooking an extremely loud party. The noise made it nearly impossible to rest, and I felt like my request was completely ignored. And yes, then they moved us to another room, but why would not do that from the beggining. While the property itself seems well-maintained, these issues made my experience less than satisfactory. I hope the hotel improves its communication and takes guest preferences more seriously in the future
