Excellent service. Host responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. Room was clean. Location was excellent! With access to beach, amenities in lobby include the delicious cafe; El Cafecito restaurant and a bar. Walking distance to many restaurants and righ next to El San Juan Hotel. Where you can enjoy casino, live bands and dancing the night away.

Booked the one night through a 3rd Party site, and on my charges was a cleaning fee. Then a few days after I was asked to give another email address for an invoice to provide another credit card. Figured this was just for the incidental hold like most hotels, I was filling it out and saw another $85 charge for a cleaning fee. I thought fine, I don’t have time to book another hotel.
After checking out, I couldn’t get a finalized receipt because there is no reception. So I tried to email and text the company, no one could provide a receipt.
A few days later I get an additional charge for $15 because I used the towels.
Worst part of the whole stay was there was mold on the ceiling above the shower.
I would recommend that everyone avoid this terrible property because it’s clear they overcharge for nonsense and don’t maintain the rooms at all.

I would like to file a complaint. They wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid them an additional fee 24 hours before my check in. This is against expedia's rules and no one will address it at this organization or at expedia. I would like to be refunded from Expedia or the renter. Please respond.

Hotel was decent but I don’t get the view that I paid for. They were renovating supposedly throughout the entire hotel so it had an AWFUL smell and BEWARE OF BED BUGS !!! came back from my trip ate up !!!!!!! Had to go to the hospital!

It was a beautiful room but no view, the description of the room was best scenic view, that was the down side and felt it was a little bit pricey. I also paid all bill for stay and cleaning and it was almost 4:00pm and have not got any info on the room. I have the front desk communicate with PMI and they apologize. I will not book again through that company , I had my husband who has terminal cancer on a wheel chair waiting and he was getting worried about the room. I have stayed in this place for many of years and this was first time booking with PMI. Never had it issue booking through the hotel.

The room air conditioner was leaking the whole time I was there the rug was soaked up to the balcony door, the balcony door would not lock, they didn’t provide us with wash cloths, the sockets didn’t work expect for two and the kitchen sink was stooped up. It was just terrible. I took pictures and videos, it was a mess. I will never stay there again

This property is great for a simple stay,no glits or glams, outdated for a simple stay is great. They don’t have a fob to enter or exit to the beach so you’ll have to stop to declare your room number and name to a gentleman before you can enter or exit to the beach from the property. Also they have notice to charge you is you stain a towel , great. Except I didn’t use their towel and left behind my own towel and the managing company PMI charge me $21 for a towel stain on my own washcloth that I left behind . This company has done this before so pretty much bring your own towel or they will charge you every time . Track their record and you will see how many charges people get from PMI. You can rent here just don’t do it with management company PMI, that is their practice.
