Jun 4, 2026We stayed at this hotel on an overnight trip for a concert in Nashville, but it was definitely worth the price. The staff were nice and friendly, the atmosphere pleasant, the room well maintained, and the included breakfast was rather delicious. Definitely would stay here again in the future should I stay in the Nashville area again!

Jun 11, 2026Everything about this hotel is excellent. Located right off I-40, easy to access and plenty of parking and located around several restaurants (including a new In N' Out!). The hotel is brand new- great rooms, clean and refreshing interiors, great hotel gym and equipment, bright, inviting lobby and staff is wonderful.

Jun 27, 2026Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky. We had kids with us and it made us question if they really clean the rooms thoroughly or not. We asked yo checkout and go somewhere else. The front desk said yo get money back we would have to talk yo a manager. They would leave a note to have her call us in the morning . This is day 5 of no call so I’m righting a review. I did not want to make a negative review but we still have not heard back yet.
