I tried repeatedly to contact the hosts in order to gain access to the property, both through messages and by phone but my calls were constantly hung up on. Absolutely terrible behaviour! We were 6 adults and 2 children and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute with no notice whatsoever. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable. The hosts never reached out to apologize or offer any explanation. Afterwards, I read another review from January and honestly felt relieved that we did not end up staying there. It clearly seems like a very poor place to stay!!! Hotels.com refunded the booking, minus 137 euros.
