Nice, well located place

Nice, spacious and tidy room, convenient location, few blocks away from Chueca train station, Gran Vía and Mercado de San Antón. I didn’t find the kitchen as shown in the pictures, and the room was next to a terrace where other guests spent time so I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy.

Perfect location, decent size room, there’s an elevator! Couple of downs is that there’s no closet but it has a place to hang some items. There’s no hot water at night and the bed makes a lot of noise, the curtain for the window is see through so hope whoever is in the other room not a smoker or likes to be in the outdoor porch area.

I would have given it a five star but two things need me give it a 4 and not 5. One thing and most importantly was that the window blind which looked the the shared balcony-patio, did not go down, therefore, there was no privacy at all. The strap yo pull and close or open, was stuck in the up-open position. Also the light came through the window as soon as the sun was up. Perhaps if I had called the host who was very pleasant, she would have had it fixed, for not letting her know, was my fault. Second, there no soap or shampoo. Other than that it was a five. Excellent location! 5-10 min and same to Gran Via and many stores. Keep your wives out of Zara! The best ! Many,many restaurants with 15 walking. Puerta del Sol, 10 min walk. Mexican restaurant down and around the street about 5 blocks has the best Tacos.

No anúncio não fica claro que o banheiro é compartilhado com outro quarto de outro hóspede que você não sabe quem é. Não gostei, pois só soube quando cheguei lá. Já não tem reserva com cancelamento grátis por causa disso eu acho. A cozinha e a geladeira também é compartilhada. Quando o hóspede vizinho chega a porta faz muito barulho e a porta do banheiro também faz barulho dentro do seu quarto. Chega a nos acordar. A região é um bairro gay, o que também não está claro no anúncio da propriedade. A localização é boa, fica a 2 ruas da Gran Via, o apartamento é grande, mas eu não voltaria devido ao problema do banheiro.
