The staff was so friendly. Everyone from the front desk to the people helping with breakfast. They were so helpful and happy and we were very impressed with the level of customer service! The rooms were also spotless and clean and new. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic stay in a king suite. Fully stocked kitchenette, room was clean and spacious. Hotel, in general, was clean and staff was very freindly no matter what time of day.

The Hilton 2 in New Braunfel was wonderful and was extremely clean and well taken care of! The breakfast bar was also well done! All the employees were very kind but we Particularly like to call out one employees Arabella who was extremely courteous and helpful during our stay! We’ll be staying there again!

The staff was wonderful. It’s a brand new property so everything is fresh and new. The breakfast was great. The rooms are huge and beds comfortable.

My family and I loved it we stayed last week there and it’s brand new. We loved the room it’s specious and the beds and pillows very comfortable, my kids loved the pool.Its a quiet and safe place to stay and very close to restaurants and clothing stores, its just behind Buc-ee’s.
