The room was very clean. Hotel in general smelled wonderful as soon as you walked in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the detachable showerhead. Wasn't prepared for the hardwood floors thru out the whole room and I didn't like that there was only one trash can on the room that was in the bathroom.

Very clean. I would stay again for one night, but not for any more. Kitchenette had Nothing. No soap, no silverware, dishes or pots. Nothing. You had to pay extra for that. No coffee maker! Bed was ok.

The place was clean and new and the staff was pleasant. Very few amenities which is fine if you know. Each suite had a kitchenette but no pans or dishes. You had to pay for those if you wanted them. That should be clear on Expedia. I would stay again, now that I know.

Amazing to review this place only 2 days after it opened. The typical first operations glitches are common. The managers are extremely professional, clear cut and pleasant.

The individual working the desk needs to be in a different profession. He was bothered by having to check me in and proceeded to berate me because I needed to use the lobby restroom. “You have a bathroom in your room” was the quote. As if I didn’t know there was a bathroom in my room. Also, the shower in the room was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, with no water pressure whatsoever

I resetved a room that was ADA and it wasnt available when i arrived at 330pm which was the advertised check in. When i reached the hotel i was greeted by doors that dodnt have any auto open. I have use of one arm and a mother who is disabled. At check in i was told coffee is available from 6 to 11am each day in the lobby so in the morning i proceeded to get coffee and the machine was broken both days of my stay.
I will never recommend Echo or stay there again. The fact that the building is brand new and not ADA compliant is a huge problem that needs to be fixed immediately.
